You can provide clean water to poor villagers...
The Saaf Pani, CLEAN WATER in Hindi, project funds, coordinates and follows up the supply and installation of water pumps that provide potable water, and the restoration of old wells in remote villages. The project provides families who have no access to water with free, potable water for their daily life. Already more than 95 pumps have been installed and dozens of old wells have been refurbished to deliver potable water to hundreds of villagers.
It costs INR 25,000 to drill and install a water pump of more than 60 meters in depth.
